Early Learning & Care - Advanced - Stage 1

This very practical course offers training in the skills needed to work in the childcare profession. It is a preparation for those who wish to work with young children in a variety of pre-school settings and may also lead to work as a Special Needs Assistant in a school setting.

A minimum of 5 passes at ordinary level in the Leaving Certificate or Applied Leaving Certificate is generally required or its equivalent. All those who apply will be given the opportunity to view the classroom space. Garda Vetting is a requirement for every applicant. Non national applicants must provide Police Clearance from their home country before they can commence this course.
