Divinity

The B.D. in Divinity is aimed at those with a degree in Theology, a Divinity Testimonium, or a Professional Diploma in Theology wishing to prepare to enter the ministry or a spiritual leadership role.

Admission Requirements Applicants must: -Hold a degree in Theology from Trinity College Dublin, or other university approved by the University Council; OR -Hold a degree in any subject from Trinity College Dublin or other university approved by the University Council and a Divinity Testimonium or a Professional Diploma in Theology from Trinity College Dublin; OR -Hold a degree in any subject from Trinity College Dublin or other university approved by the University Council and pass a qualifying examination. Details of the qualifying examination may be obtained directly from the School of Religion. English Language Requirements All applicants to Trinity are required to provide official evidence of proficiency in the English language. Applicants to this course are required to meet Band B (Standard Entry) English language requirements.
