This course is aimed at prospective trainees wishing to gain a nationally recognised qualification in Dental Nursing.
Entry requirements
The following entry requirements are also necessary for admission to this course: School leavers with a minimum of O6 or H6 in five subjects. FET graduates with a Level 5 award in a relevant field area. Mature students are welcome & will be assessed through the recognition of prior learning (RPL). Leaving Certificate Biology or Level 5 Anatomy & Physiology is desirable. Hepatitis B vaccination. All applicants for the course will be interviewed. All applicants must have sufficient competence in English. Garda Vetting.
