This Level 6 Professional Cookery course builds on the QQI Level 5 qualification, equipping students with advanced culinary skills and knowledge to work effectively in professional kitchens. It offers handson experience in areas such as food and beverage service, bakery operations, and busy restaurant environments, while also providing a solid foundation for careers in the hotel and catering industry. The qualification can support advanced entry to Level 7 and 8 degree programmes.
