Programme summary

This Communication (5N0690) QQI Level 5 minor award course is a core skill for most vocational awards at level 5. We all need to be able to communicate effectively on a number of levels, both verbally and non-verbally in all general and work related situations. This course covers communications including body language and human interaction. It also covers, verbal communications and presentation, writing and report writing, research skills, and the role of Information Technology in today’s working environment including multimedia and GDPR communications.
