Communication That Challenges for Non-Clinical & Administrative Staff

This interactive workshop provides training for non-clinical and administrative staff whose work brings them into contact with sick and bereaved people. The workshop will focus on communication skills training, centering on responding to people who are distressed, angry or overwhelmed with life’s circumstances. The importance of self care will also be explored.
