Communication Skills Course for Non Clinical Healthcare Professionals

Eligible to attend: This course is open to all non-clinical professionals working in a health care setting or to anyone who is interested in developing and learning more effective communication skills in work and life. Aim: The overall aim of this course is to enhance core communications skills and to develop a skill set that supports us to have difficult and distressing conversations with colleagues, family members and the general public. This skill set will enhance the participants confidence to stay with the difficult conversation thus improving high quality communication.
