Business Advanced - Psychology & People Management - Business

This course is designed for those with a business flair who want to apply their knowledge into the field of human behaviour in the workplace. Any successful business depends on relationships and management of people. Workforces differ greatly in culture and style and this course allows examination of working styles and work group dynamics and how they affect productivity.

Full QQI Level 5 award in Business Studies/Administration or other relevant award. All applicants will undergo a processing stage during which further information will be gathered in relation to their application. An offer of a place on this course is contingent on the applicant meeting the entry requirements set out here and satisfactory completion of the processing stage.
