- 1.5 Years / 3 Years, Full-time/Part-time, Online. The MSc is delivered alongside the Postgraduate Diploma in Building Surveying, Full-Time (2 days per week over 1 year) or Part-Time (1 day per week over 2 years), followed by a research dissertation. The research dissertation takes 1 year (Full-Time) or 2 semesters (Part-Time). The course is delivered 100% online, Monday and Friday, within the hours of 9 am – 5 pm.

Entry requirements
Entrants should have a minimum of a 2nd class honours degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Estate Management, Civil Engineering or a related (cognate) area. Applicants who do not meet these requirements but have relevant work experience may be assessed for entry in line with the DkIT RPL Policy and Procedures. International students must have a minimum level of English equivalent to IELTS 6.5. Candidates may be interviewed.
