On-Campus Attendance Learners who take the elective module in Biopharmaceutical Science will be expected to be on-site for a 2 day practical workshop in December.

Course summary
Learners will develop both critical research skills in biopharmaceutical science and in-depth understanding of the quality processes involved in the manufacture of biopharmaceuticals products.
The Masters programme will be delivered using a blended learning approach.
The MSc in Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing will develop in-depth knowledge of biologics manufacturing and skills relevant to the biopharmaceutical sector through the delivery of a suite of modules, including: Advanced Biopharmaceutical Science, Bioprocessing Technology, Validation for Biopharmaceuticals, Design and Analysis of Experiments and Six Sigma Management. A choice of elective will be offered from the following: Biopharmaceutical Science, Immunology, Immunotherapeutics and Vaccine Technology, and Biopharmaceutical Facilities.
