Auctioneering Valuation and Estate Agency

This one-year course prepares students for careers as Estate Agents, Property Managers, or Valuers by providing a strong foundation in property market operations. Students will gain key skills in auctioneering, valuation, economics, law, and marketing. Estate Agents typically work in residential and commercial property sales, lettings, and advertising. The course also supports progression to further studies and licensing as an Auctioneer/Estate Agent.
