Entrance requirements Graduate Normally a strong 2.2 Honours degree or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University in Arts, Humanities, Management, Social Sciences or a cognate discipline. A degree below 2.2 Honours (or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University) may be considered if an applicant can demonstrate relevant work experience as an artist or in the field of arts administration. Exceptionally, applicants who do not hold a 2.2 Honours degree and who possess relevant experience may be permitted the opportunity to demonstrate achievement at an equivalent level, for example, this could be in a senior management role in an arts/cultural organisation. International students wishing to apply to Queen's University Belfast (and for whom English is not their first language), must be able to demonstrate their proficiency in English in order to benefit fully from their course of study or research.
