Arts - Film & Digital Media

Launched in 2018, the BA in Film & Digital Media offers students a unique combination of theory and practice across the areas of film and digital media. The core focus of the programme is the development of students’ creative and critical skills, positioning graduates to become content creators across a range of media platforms and giving them the entrepreneurial skills and flexibility required to work in today’s rapidly changing media environment.

Leaving Certificate Entry Requirements: Minimum Grade H5 in two subjects and passes in four other subjects at O6/H7 level in the Leaving Certificate, including Irish, English, another language, and three other subjects recognised for entry purposes. To study Gaeilge as a subject, students will need a minimum grade H5 in the Leaving Certificate. To study French as a subject, students will need a minimum grade H4 in the Leaving Certificate.
