Entry requirements
Min requirements: 2 H5 & 4 O6/H7 English: O6/H7 2nd language: O6/H7 Maths: F6/O6/H7 Note: Grade F6 in Foundation Mathematics also satisfies the minimum entry requirements. Foundation Maths is not reckonable for scoring purposes. Portfolio Entry All applicants to the BArch Architecture course at UL must submit a digital portfolio and written statement for assessment. These submissions must demonstrate the applicants' APTITUDE for and INTEREST in Architecture. Please see the Portfolio Guidelines for details at https://www.ul.ie/media/58711/download?inline The Admissions office at the University of Limerick will contact you once you have applied through the CAO regarding how to submit your Portfolio. Portfolios submitted for September 2026 entry will be graded and up to 200 marks can be awarded in addition to the CAO points.
