Applied HR Management for Irish Hotels & Guesthouses

This course is designed for professionals in the hotel sector to develop the participants' management capabilities, enabling them to build, motivate and manage successful teams and individuals.

The Applied Human Resource Management programme is designed for those working in human resources supervisory and management roles in the hotel sector with a minimum of 12 Months experience. English Language: ​If English is not your native language, you must show that your English level is of a suitable standard. Applicants under 23 years of age: Minimum of 5 O6/H7 grades, to include a language (English, Irish or another language) in the Irish Leaving Certificate or equivalent award OR QQI Level 5 Full Award Applicants over 23 years of age (Mature students): Direct Entry - If you are 23 years or over from the 1st January of this year, you can apply for this course directly using the College’s online application form.
