Programme summary

Advanced Actor Training is an exciting new course which enables participants to develop in-depth skills in a range of dramatic areas. This course will support you to enhance your improvisation, performing, acting and directing skills. You will work as part of a professional production team to write, stage and act in your own devised theatre piece.

Entry requirements

Leaving Certificate, QQI Level 5 in a related area, or equivalent. Students that do not have a QQI Level 5 award are eligible to apply for this course if they can demonstrate acting ability. Mature students are welcome to apply (experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications). Places are awarded on suitability. All applicants will be required to attend an interview.
